After you had transfer amount to our bank account you have to login your askmebuy account and submit top up request form at:
http://askmebuy.com/en/topup.html
当您成功汇款入我们银行账号后，您必须登入您的Askmebuy帐号然后在这里： http://askmebuy.com/zh/topup.html 提交充值要求。

Every working day we will approve the pending top up if your submitted information is correct .
我们工作人员会在每个工作日检查并批准那些未批准的充值要求，如您的资料正确我们会立刻批准你的充值要求。

We will check every pending top up more than 5 rounds per working day, on Sunday or public holiday we also will check at less one round.
我们会在同一个工作日不同时间内批准那些等待批准的充值最少5个回合。星期日或公共假期内也会最少批准1个回合。

If your top up had submitted more than 1 day still no getting approve or reject, then you top up information should have problem.
当您已提交的充值超过了24个小时仍未批准或者拒绝，这时候您的充值要求或许已经有问题了。

Every top up which had problem we will send an email for request the bank resit or bank slip for checking.
每一个充值要求如有问题，我们都会发电邮让您提供银行水单或者银行转账收据以便我们检查并批准或拒绝。

How to know your top up request having problem? You may login to your Askmebuy account and go to your transaction history and select top up history locate at:
http://askmebuy.com/en/my-transaction-list.html
您要如何知道您的充值是否有问题呢？您可以登入您的Askmebuy帐号，然后您可以到 我的交易记录 内, 浏览 提交充值要求 这可以查到你所有的充值记录：
http://askmebuy.com/zh/my-transaction-list.html



If you found that the top up list have Exclamation symbol mean this top up having problem and you need check your email and reply that email by attach the bank resit together.
You will not allow to submit new top up request if your previous top up still pending with this symbol exists.
如果您发现已提交的充值要求有感叹号出现，表示该充值要求有问题，这时候你就要检查您的电子邮箱，回复该电子邮件并提供银行水单或者银行转账收据在电邮内。
如果系统发现您的帐号仍有充值未批准和处于问题状态之下，系统是不允许您再提交新的充值，除非您之前的充值被我们拒绝或者批准。

To making our top up process more faster, we had implement the above features to avoid customer keep submit new top up but no checking their previous top up having problem.
以上的新功能会让我们批准您的充值更加有效率，以阻止一些顾客一直重复性提交虚假充值或者输入错的资料的充值资料。

Please take note: If you have submit fake top up, our company will block your account without any notices. Thanks for your understanding.
请注意： 如果您提交虚假充值，我们公司会立刻封您的账号并不会给您任何警告。谢谢您的理解。
