System New Features Notice 系统新功能升级通告

Today, we will change lot of the costing and also implement lot of the new services.

Below is the Summary of the system amendment:

1. Ship on behalf can pre-submit the shipment even though the parcel haven't arrive our China warehouse.
    
2. All the shipping cost for purchase on behalf will change to CNY and convert to RM by using latest rate.
   If currency rate raise up, you will pay lesser.
    
3. Pre announce new shipping agency "DPE" with new shipping method "Small Sea Parcel".
   Just for CNY ￥8.00(RM5.33 with rate 1.50) every kg (Sensitive Goods) if goods over 100kg.
   If VIP 6-7 member only CNY ￥6.50(RM4.33 with rate 1.50) every kg.
    
4. Submit new shipment more easier and can select lowest cost courier fees with estimate shipping cost features.
   Cuckoo Pos Laju Air Shipping only CNY ￥18.50(RM12.33 with rate 1.50) every kg (Sensitive Goods，except battery, magnetic and electronic items).
   For VIP 6-7 member only CNY ￥17.00(RM11.33 with rate 1.50) every kg.
    
5. Membership level system change to more points and better benefit.

4. 提交新的出货单会更加容易，并会显示最低的运费让您选择，提交出货单时系统也会预计您的运费。
   Cuckoo Pos Laju 空运只需 CNY ￥18.50(RM12.33 如兑换率是 1.50) 每公斤 (敏感货也是这个价格，除了电池，磁性和电器之外) 如果您的包裹重量有10公斤以上。
   如你是会员等级 VIP 6-7 只需 CNY ￥17.00(RM11.33 如兑换率是 1.50) 每公斤。
    
5. 会员等级也有修改，现在您可以得到更多的积分，以及更多的优惠。
   VIP3-7 都可以享有运费折扣。
   VIP7 的会员可以享有三重倍奖励积分。
