1. East Malaysia Small Sea Parcel cost had been adjust, for Sawarak big decrease for small sea parcel cost
2. Cause the MH case, all sensitive air shipment increase from CNY0.20 - CNY1.00
3. West Malaysia Air shpment by Skynet can start send from 0.5kg which more lower cost
4. Singapore big air parcel cost as low as CNY12.30 per KG
