Sensitive shipment shipping cost reduce & New Shipping Method 敏感货空运费降低，新增空运渠道

Dear all customers,

Good News!
Our Sensitive Air Shipment cost by using ABX and NinjiaVan have reduce.
Btw these 2 shipping method will be slower compare to other courier company.

Another good news!
We had add DIRECT FLIGHT New East Malaysia Air shipping method.
This new method accept normal and sensitive goods and is faster with lower cost (Sabah every kg reduce CNY10)
However the chance getting duty tax is higher compare to old method if over 7KG or Over USD90 declare cost.
Old method still old proce and still can use, old method is transfer flight which will transfer to East Malaysia After Clerance from West Malaysia.

We also will add some notification text for easier customer select shipping merhod during submi the shipment.

我们添加了DIRECT FLIGHT 东马直飞航空运输方式。
这种新方法接受普货和敏感货，速度更快，成本更低（沙巴每公斤降低人民币10元）
但是，如果超过7KG或超过90美元申报价值，中税率就会比较高。
旧渠道仍然可以使用，运费依旧，旧渠道是西马转移到东马。

为了方便你们选择不同的渠道，我们还添加一些提示，以便在您选择渠道是可以更明白。
