Air shipping increase cost again, Malaysia office working at home 空运又涨价了，马来西亚办公室在家上班

Dear all customers,

Please take note for the below notices:

1. Sensitive air shipping to Singapore had been increased CNY3.50 per KG, Postcode start with 10 need self pickup no delivery, postcode start with 17-23 can delivery but no go upstairs.
2. Sensitive air shipping to West Malaysia, normal and sensitive air shipping Included tax services to West Malaysia had been increased CNY3.00 per KG.
3. Our Malaysia office will stay back working at home until 31-Mar-2020 base on Malaysia government advice, our online customer services still normal however office phone is no available during this period, if any emergency case please call our customer services mobile phone.
4. Malaysia lockdown may effect shipping cost increase and will delay the delivery, please arrange well your shipment. Currently Air and sea shipping still can send and delivery but Malaysia local delivery maybe have some problem for delivery to some area. We will announce again if have any confirmed news.

4. 马来西亚封国，会导致运费涨价，时效也会受到影响，请安排好您的出货单。目前空海运依然正常，但是马来西亚当地的派送会有部分地区不能派送的问题。如有确定的消息我们会再次通知。
