first , the customer service is absolutely good
second, the postage fees cheaper than other wedsite
third, the action on taking pictures for my things when it arrived at the warehouse make me feel satisfied because I can know the situation of my things
conclusion : I will come again but I got a small suggestion which is the stuff should ask the customer if she/he accidentally buy a sensitive item , what she/he want to do ? maybe some people like me want to destroy it but last time the stuff talk me that they will help me to keep in warehouse WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE until next time I buy sensitive items. However, I received the email which say that if I do not pay the shipment fee of that sensitive item which I bought , the storage fee will charged after 10/8/2015. I get shock and quickly contact the customer service and another stuff tell me that it will be charged after one month then I ask is that whether can choose to destroy it but the stuff say need to pay extra charges. I can understand that the materials like paper or others which use in re-packaging the parcel ( that sensitive item ) will increase the burden so u need to charge extra fee to your customer but next time can u please inform us early if the customer ask u about the details of this ...
