顾客评价: 1) Very poor packing by the seller. Doll's hands and legs were not shrink wrapped. Asked for re-pack at warehouse but it was not done properly also. The doll's foot were exposed outside when reached me.2) Called ABX Call Centre on 21st July to deliver on 23rd, but ABX delivery guy still come on 22nd. He said the Call Centre did not inform, refused to re-deliver on 23rd and asked to throw the package into my house's compound. 3) Refer to attached photos, the hip of the doll cracked and there is one piece of the doll fell off. Overall very disappointed with the packaging and delivery. |

管理员回复: Hi,Seller use box packing send out.When you submit the shipment,you can request repack,request repack we will throw the seller packing to reduce the dimension and weight.So after request refund,the parcel will no protect in the transit.Next time is want to protect the item,recommend don't want request repack,but the courier fee will high than request repack.We will help to report the courier company problem with the airline.Thanks for you tell us the problem.
