Dear all customers,

Our China warehouse now will randomly select the arrived parcel and FREE inspect to your parcel but only for "Buy on behalf" customer which had placed order to us.
To prove our China warehouse which had inspected to your parcel, we will take the actual photo of the items during inspection for FREE.
This services is FREE of charges and currently our China warehouse will pick randomly parcel for checking, we will keep practice and once ready we can let customers decide which seller to check for FREE.
Right now, we had 2 checking features, first is our new FREE checking services, during we received the parcel in China warehouse and before keep into our store we will help you check and take photo.
Another is while you submit the new shipment you can request checking by pay CNY 2 per pcs checking fees, this pay checking will have very detail inspection and lot of photos to proof your item is in good condition.

Be note: FREE checking will only check for quantity, size, and color or pattern is correct only, however customers still able to request very detail checking during submit new shipment.
The above 2 methods of checking will show the actual photo of your items in your order.

Beside this FREE inspection features, we had enhanced our system with below new features:

1. Every trades we place to seller we will show you the Trade ID, customer can use this Trade ID for inquiry to our customer services instead give the order number and the seller name.
2. If our china warehouse found any problem on your items during inspection, we will let you know the problem and the detail in your order. If parcel problem found we cannot let you send out your parcel yet, until we solved your problem.
3. Some seller we will place more than one trade, now customer able to check the trade detail and show this trade belongs to what item and the detail. Easy customer to know and declare their item in correct quantity and cost.
4. While submit new shipment, system will auto convert your item cost to USD for declaration purpose, now system will show you the conversion rate to USD, you still can change the declare cost by yourself.
5. If Askmebuy team request refund to seller, after successes refund or cancelled refund or still progress the refund, system will auto remark the reason of refund and the result will display in customer order for reference purpose.
6. While customers submit the after sales to us, system requires customer to select the after sales reason.

现在起我们中国仓库会随机免费帮您检查包裹并拍照给您做参考，这项新服务是免费的但只限代购顾客。
很多同行说明有免费验货但是都提供不了验货资料，我们做法和他们不同，我们提供透明有效的做法并提供验货时拍摄商品实图证明我们确实是免费帮您验货并会免费拍照。
这项新服务是免费提供给所有代购顾客们，由于这新服务需要花费更多的时间处理所以我们目前是随机抽选包裹来验货。
只要时机成熟后，我们就会让您来决定要对哪一个卖家执行免费验货拍照功能。
目前我们有2个验货功能，第一个就是这个新功能，随机免费拍照验货。第二个就是付费详细验货功能，就是在提交出货单时按每一件收取CNY2的详细验货拍照工作。

请注意： 免费验货只会针对数量，尺码，颜色，款式而已，如需要详细验货，顾客可以在提交出货单时要求详细验货。
这免费验货和详细付费验货的照片都会显示在您的订单内方便您参考。

除了免费验货功能，我们也对系统做出了一些更简单又透明的升级:

1. 每一笔交易我们都会显示交易ID让顾客参考，现在您可以只提供交易ID给我们做查询而不必提供订单号和卖家名字了。
2. 如果我们仓库在验货时发现你的商品有问题，我们会让你知道该问题并不会直接让你出货，直到处理好商品的问题才会通知你可以出货。而这些商品问题也会显示在您的订单内让您知道该问题。
3. 某些卖家，我们需要加入多个交易资料，现在你可以知道哪些交易内有什么商品和资料，有了这个新功能，提交出货单做申报时也会很准确的申报了。
4. 提交新的出货单时，系统会自动的把商品单价转换成美金，现在系统会显示美金兑换率让您参考，如您需要修改申报金额你也可以亲自修改然后提交出货单。
5. 如果Askmebuy团队向卖家申请退款要求，不管是成功，失败或者等待中，系统都会在您的订单内自动备注相关退款原因方便您参考。
6. 顾客提交售后要求时，需选择售后原因。
