until now i not receive this parcel. 1 month ++ already.

1) Logistic company at Malaysia is very UNRELIABLE AND KEEP TELLING LIE!
2) Shipment reach warehouse on 25/11/19 but keep the container without unloading until 5/12/19. This is also after we complaint and chasing many times only will unload the stuff.
3) On 2/12, their offfice call to inform goods can be delivered on the next day, which is 3/12 and their lorry driver will call same day in the morning.
4) On 3/12, no one call so customer called back to that office number but no one answer the call. Afternoon only inform the lorry driver just pick up the parcel. Driver no. is given to us.
5) Call that driver immediately, he said lorry breakdown and need to postpone to tomorry which is 4/12 1pm.
6) On 4/12 no their office called saying drive on MC and need postpone again to 5/12.
7) On 5/12, no one call. So customer call the driver and he said he resigned already! Called to office again, and they need the shipment and customer code.
8) I personally call to their logistic office, and the girl gave me another driver no. and said the goods is with him but In actual fact, I call to that driver, he said he is in Penang and no way he can delivery goods to PJ! It might be office mistake.
9) Few boxes had been tore out as shown in the attached picture. It is obviously the logistic people without handle it with care as all boxes photo showing in the warehouse system was in good condition.

Please stop using this sucks agent logistic. It spoiled our company reputation and now this particular customer had warn us if keep using Ask Me Buy, they will not deal with us again!
