顾客评价: Delivery speed is disappointed. If I didn't send email to ask situation, I believe still didn't receive parcel in 24 May 2018, that's mean after 25 working days still cannot get the parcel. Sender called me before sending the parcel, that's wasting time. I cannot pick up phone when working, calling is disturbing. Besides that, I have to waste my time in replying massage and fill up the online form if I need the shipment company send parcel to my house, that's annoying.

顾客评价: For poslaju, only driver attitude is good, but customer service is very lousy, bad attitude, even the parcel already scanned inside system, they r lazy to help take then pass to me when i go collect, and use reason such as they not yet arrange the parcel, and want me to collect the another day. Poslaju kuching front office customer service is very very very lousy.
