顾客评价: The delivery is very slow. Promised parcel will be delivered 3-5 days but i received the parcel after 8 days. It took 3 days for the parcel to leave China. When asked why? The answer I received was FLIGHT DELAY. Why flight delay? Nobody answered! |

管理员回复: Currently air shipment having serious delay cases.Below is the 2 cases explained from the agency which causing your parcel delay and delay. Case 1: No Enough Flight For Airline This is cause Europe parcel too lot and airline use Malaysia or Singapore line instransit Europe parcel to Malaysia and Singapore first and retransit to their destination country. The costing of Europe sending their parcel is higher than send to Malaysia and Singapore (Europe 1kg start from CNY60), this causing airline arrange the Europe parcel send out first and our Malaysia and Singapore parcel keep flight delaying sometime. Case 2: Local Courier Warehouse Had Been Overload Peak season for local courier company, ABX, SKynet, PosLaju, Gdex and Airpak all courier had inform us that their warehouse is facing heavy load situation now. Them everyday OT and work till night but the parcel still continues coming and some courier worker walk off the job making this situation worst. Sometime if smooth you can get the parcel around 5 working days, but sometime delaying case you will get the parcel around 12 days. We hear from agency that some agency 2 weeks still waiting airline for arrange flight cause them pay to airline lower cost than us. We apologize of the delay however if you facing this delay please let us know and also give us sometime to follow up with agency. Thanks for your understanding and keep supporting us. |
