New Features: Recommend Agency and Courier Company 建议使用代理和快递公司

Dear all customer,

Due to the Cuckoo Pos Laju have serious delay problem since 14 Sep 2015 thus we had temporary stop this Cuckoo Pos Laju services at yesterday.
We had receive some good news that today some of the parcel from 14 - 17 Sep had release from Malaysia custom.
After we stop this services, some of the customers is telling us, them  willing to wait and willing to use Cuckoo Pos Laju cause sending the sensitive item is very cheap than other agent and courier company.
After we discussed and found the solution, we had decide to active back Cuckoo Pos Laju services, but we will not recommend it.
We improve our system more easier to select agent and courier company, and we had implement recommended features for courier company.
Which mean during submit the shipment you may sort the agency and courier company by cost or recommended, by default is recommended sorting.
We hope you can use our recommended agency and courier company, cause them are more steady and MOSTLY will receive the goods in our estimate day.


Another good news is we had cut down our sea shipping handling fees from CNY3 to CNY2, which mean more low price.
For ship on behalf, we will launch sea shipping services soon, keep it touch with us and Mid-Autumn Festival to you.

各位亲爱的顾客们,

因为Cuckoo代理Pos Laju 的问题导致2015年9月14日起就缓慢清关。
虽然今天有收到好消息就是9月14号至17号有部分包裹已经清关出来，但是我们在昨天就暂停了Cuckoo Pos Laju 的服务。
当我们暂停这个服务后，我们也收到一些顾客反映他们愿意等，也愿意使用这个Cuckoo Pos Laju服务，因为敏感货的运费实在便宜过许多代理和快递公司。
今天我们内部商议并想办法降低这个问题，最后我们决定开回这个Cuckoo Pos Laju服务，但我们不会建议顾客使用该服务。
我们已经升级我们的出货系统，现在顾客们可以更加容易选择想要的代理和快递公司，我们推出了“建议使用”功能，建议你使用那一个代理快递公司的时效会比较稳定。
这也就是说当您提交出货单时，您可以以重新以你的要求重新排列过代理和快递公司的清单，您可以以最低运费或者我们建议的快递来排列，默认是我们建议的快递。
我们希望您可以使用我们建议的代理和快递公司，因为他们的时效都是比较稳定，并多数会在我们预计的日期内成功派件给您。


另一个好消息就是我们降低了海运包裹的处理费，由每一个包裹处理费CNY3 换成 CNY2，这表示海运费会更加便宜了。
至于代运商，我们会在近期内推出海运服务，请继续和我们保持联系，我们预祝您过了快乐的中秋节。
