6. If customer has amended the courier fees, system will auto record to let both party know the original courier fees
   如顾客自己修改运费，系统会自动备注未之前未修改的运费，以便双方都知道修改前的运费是多少
   

    

7. Once your shipment has sent out, the order will show the due date you need complete the order, else system will auto complete the order, order auto complete system will not have any bonus point
   出货单发货后，顾客可以在他的订单内看到必须在什么时间前完成订单不然系统就会自动完成，系统自动完成后就没有积分可以领取
   

    

8. Customer can know the order have redeem the bonus point or not
   顾客可以在订单内看到每一个订单是否有领取到积分
   

    

9. Once our merchandiser had amend your order amount, system will let you know when this amendment will recalculate and on that time system will auto refund or adjust your askmebuy account balance
   当我们跟单员修改您的订单内金额，系统会显示几时会重新计算您的订单金额并那时候会自动返回或者扣除您Askmebuy账号内的余额
   

    

10. Once submit the sea shipment, customer can request pack with wooden box, system will also auto charge RM2 per parcel for sea shipping handling fees
    海运出货单可以在提交出货单时勾选那些包裹是否要打木架，系统也会自动收海运包裹每一份RM2 处理费
