Air shipping cost increase, sea shipping cost decrease 空运涨价，海运降价

Dear all customers,

Please take note for below new costing:

1. Due to the less flight from China to Malaysia, the air shipping cost had increased at last night from CNY0.50 - CNY3.00 per KG.
   We are sorry to inform the all shipping which no send out yesterday will follow this new costing.
    
2. We had changed new Big sea agency to West Malaysia due to the previous agency having delaying issue which still need some time to settle.
   Now big sea to West Malaysia will split into 3 area, which at Selangor area, outstation Selangor area and outskirt area which Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu.
   Cost to Selangor is more lower CNY600 - CNY620 per CBM, outstation Selangor remain same cost CNY630 - CNY650 per CBM, outskirt area increase a bit CNY650 - CNY670 per CBM
   Start from 0.3CBM now change to start from 0.4CBM which from CNY270 at 0.4CBM to Selangor area
   All sensitive big sea shipment had reduce from CNY680 per CBM, however some very sensitive item like motorcycle, refrigerant will use another agency which will different cost (please ask if you want send very sensitive item, this kind of very sensitive items mostly like the goods cannot send by sensitive air)

2. 我们换了一个大海运的西马代理，因为之前的大海运代理延误了时效，他们还需要一些时间来解决。
   现在大海运到西马会分成3个区域，在雪兰莪本坡内，雪兰莪外坡，和西马偏远地区 彭亨，吉兰丹和登嘉楼。
   大海运运费到雪兰莪本坡内会更便宜 从CNY600 - CNY620 1立方，雪兰莪外坡保持 从CNY630 - CNY650 1立方，西马偏远地区会贵点 从 CNY650 - CNY670 1立方
   之前是0.3立方起运，先更新至0.4立方起运，0.4立方到雪兰莪本坡只需要CNY270
   所有大海运的敏感货运费也降价从 CNY680 1立方起，不过有些特别敏感货如摩托车，制冷剂 我们会使用另一个代理，这运费也会不同（请咨询我们客服如需要寄这些特殊商品，通常这些特殊商品都不能敏感空运）
