Every order had the status to display, currently system had 12 difference status which show as below

Pending Order Payment Represent your order had been submit but no yet pay

Waiting Purchase Represent your order had been paid can waiting our purchase team to folow up

Order Problem Represent your order had problem which require you to reply the problem

Intransit To Warehouse Represent your order had finished purchased and waiting seller send to our China warehouse

Arrived Warehouse Represent all of your items in order had been arrived our warehouse

Waiting Packing Represent you can submit the shipment and waiting our warehouse department to follow up

Pending Shipping Payment Represent your shipment had been packed and waiting the payment from you

Waiting Send Represent your shipment had been paid and waiting to send out

Intransit To Destination Represent your shipment had been sent out and waiting arrive your destination

Completed Represent the shipment had received in good condition and completed by system or yourself

Cancelled Represent the order had been cancelled by yourself or our admin

After Sales Represent you had report the problem of this order after received the goods

We will let you know and update your order status once complete follow up order

If your order having problem, you need to reply the problem in your order. We no accept any email or calling to update your order problem now. This can safe our time and our purchase team will be more efficiently to carrying out your order
