Customer Comment: Packing in good condition, but not so big size carton as per claimed. Shipment cost charged per packaging is very high and feel not worth. The courier service not allow me to open box & snap photo - required me to go their main office if want to open on the delivery.Admin Reply: Dear, your had brought a very big size of lantern , seem the item in good condition. By air shipping, the shipping cost is no depend on the weight but dimension as well. Big item may have the problem calculate by dimension instead of using actual weight, you may consider big item is the point for considering of select the air shipping. For the courier company, them may request this way to checking may be that courier guy had no permission to do so. Thanks again for your support. |
