Customer Comment: 包裹包装质量不好！里面的货品很小个，就只有半公斤罢了，结果帮包成2公斤的体积，有点离谱了，而且里面的货品根本没包扎好 在里面货品是晃来晃去的。幸好是没炸烂。不满意的是多给了1公斤的钱！ |

Admin Reply: 您好，包裹是按卖家原本的包装的。如果要节省体积我们有提供拆包裹服务（每个包裹旁边都可以勾选拆包裹和检查服务）我们会把卖家的外层包装丢掉，以减轻体积和重量。 实际可以减轻多少，需要包装好后才能知晓。 但是如果您的商品是容易被损坏/易碎品我们不建议拆，因为丢掉卖家的包装后商品可能会被挤压坏。 另运费是按包裹的体积和重量计算，若是体积大过重量会计算体积。 对于空运快递公司会以重量和体积来计算空运费这是因为飞机上的空间是有限的，如果他们只以重量来计算空运费那他们会损失惨重。例如，如果一个客户要空运很多毛绒玩具其重量是1000kg，这些东西填补了飞机上所有的空间，如果只按重量收费，顾客支付的运输成本的利润仍然不能应付飞机上的燃料费. |
